All prices displayed on this website are in Euros (EUR) and include applicable taxes where required. Prices are subject to change without notice, though any price changes will not affect orders already confirmed.

Payment is processed securely through Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. Pepspan does not store your credit card or payment details on its servers. By completing a purchase, you agree to Stripe's terms of service and privacy policy in addition to these terms.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Pepspan fast EU delivery to all EU member states. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days and delivered within 2-5 business days, depending on the destination. Free shipping is available on orders exceeding EUR 100.

Delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. Pepspan is not liable for delays caused by customs processing, courier service disruptions, incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer, or force majeure events. Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
